after letting my [keyboard evolution program][kep] run [overnight],
this is the best layout it made:

    z l g m y  f d o p /
    r n t h s  i u a e c
    ; . w ' b  x k , q j

i'm going to abandon trying to breed the layouts and change back to a
"clone with random swappings" type system to see what happens. in the
end that's all that was happening anyway, as most layouts were the same
with a few variations. strangely enough, the more i work on it, the
more it starts to feel like [peter klauslers' evolved layout][evolved]
behaviour
