I've found another bug with the [Dvorak - Qwerty] layout under [OS X].
In safari, the <kbd>&#8984;</kbd> and <kbd>{</kbd> shortcut should move
to the left tab of the current tab, and the <kbd>&#8984;</kbd> and
<kbd>}</kbd> shortcut should move to the right tab of the current tab.
It works fine for both [qwerty] and full [dvorak] though. I sent another bug
report off to [apple].
