I'm not using the USB port at the moment, but may in future. Here's a close up of "mounting brackets" and how they are holding the Airport Extreme. They fit nice and snugly, but not to tight as I can slide the Extreme onto them easily (I was inspired by a commercial AirMount) (Ignore the random holes in the wood from previous experiments!) ![Airport Extreme](2011-04-22.our_latest_internet_connection_airport.webp) [data centre]: 2009-08-29.absolute_hack_data_centre.html [Airport Extreme]: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AirPort_Extreme [heatsink hack with zip ties]: 2010-12-10.cooling_improvements.html
