here’s a video of the pc booting, game launcher running and pac-man starting under vantage. the slowest part is the post. i’ve turned off everything that is not needed (serial, parallel etc.) but can’t get it much faster than this

i also want to swap out the default post graphic for something a bit more of a “classic arcade” feel, like a pac-man and ghost.
