overnight evolution

after letting my keyboard evolution program run overnight, this is the best layout it made:

i’m going to abandon trying to breed the layouts and change back to a “clone with random swappings” type system to see what happens. in the end that’s all that was happening anyway, as most layouts were the same with a few variations. strangely enough, the more i work on it, the more it starts to feel like peter klauslers’ evolved layout behaviour
