I’ve found another bug with the Dvorak - Qwerty layout under OS X. In safari, the ⌘ and { shortcut should move to the left tab of the current tab, and the ⌘ and } shortcut should move to the right tab of the current tab. It works fine for both qwerty and full dvorak though. I sent another bug report off to apple.
